Some Reasons Why You Sin Again After Asking GOD For Forgiveness

by Francis Ebere
GOD FORGIVENESS

Everyone has one time in their life has issues with staying with GOD after asking for forgiveness, finding it hard not to Sin, and resisting all temptations around them. It’s almost impossible to stay forever without being a sinner for the Bible says we are sinner from our Mother’s womb.

We’ll be listing some core reasons why you’re not strong enough to resist whatever sin that has held you and don’t want to leave you.

You Don’t Read Your Bible Daily

One reason why you still go back that bad deed and find yourself going against God’s commandment is because You don’t fill yourself with the word of God, digesting and knowing more about Him.

The only person who is capable of guiding and showing you the way is GOD, and no one else, for He teaches us how stay clean. The below scripture says;

“But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.” James 1:14-15.

“No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.” 1 Corinthians 10:13.

You Skip Daily Prayers

Okay now, this is the part where it gets stronger than ever, Praying to God is more like talking to your FATHER about what you want and let Him have His way, and according to the scripture that says “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 simply shows that He would only do what’s best for us and stay with us.

When You pray, You spirit and inner-man is re-fueled, as every temptation would be then easier to defeat no matter how strong it is, or has been. Prayer is one important role every Christian must play in their life to stay stronger with faith.

See It as, talking to your earthly Father to assist you in a situation where you’ve been finding difficulty, He would most definitely want to help you.
Learn not to skip daily prayer and stay refueled.

Talk To Someone (Pastor) About It

Sometimes, our issue could be a situation where we need to challenge ourselves and tell someone about what we are going through, It could be a Man of God, Pastor, Prophet, anybody you think could challenge and propel you to do the right thing.

See it as, trying to impress that person and make sure the person always look out to you for progress, and see yourself doing great when it comes to the temptation or sin, as there’s a 60% chance of you not going back to that sin in time to come.

CONCLUSION.

Note that, The word of God is living and powerful, and is more shaper than a two edged sword, which is able to pierce the soul, penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Hebrews 4:12
